About Full Deck Poker

Full Deck Poker is an OnGame skin that first went live in January 2010. In early 2011 they took over the players from Prime Poker. This site is owned by RK Operations Limited, the company behind the popular Red Kings Poker. The site is registered in the British Virgin Isles, operated from Cyprus and licensed by Gibraltar. The main reason to choose this skin is their tiered cashback scheme, which gives you returns between 12% and 40%, depending on your monthly points earned. There are also tiered welcome bonuses which include options for low, mid and higher stakes players.

This review covers Full Deck Poker in detail, including comparisons with other OnGame skins. Below you will find information on their reputation, how the bonuses work out, details of the ongoing cash back deals and more.

Full Deck Poker’s Clean Look and Feel

The green interface looks great with the Amaya software used by OnGame. The website also comes across as very clean and professional. You’ll have access to their terms, to support and you can see their fair gaming certificates via links from the homepage. The website is available in English, Russian and Finnish languages.

Is Full Deck Poker Legitimate?

The main trust factors are all in place at Full Deck. They are owned and run by an established company (RK Operations Limited), have a license from Gibraltar and their deal is regularly tested by eCogra. The latest game-fairness certificate is from December 2013, which could most likely do with an update.

Extras include a full responsible gaming policy and a wide range of payment methods. There are three ways to contact support, via e-mail, phone or live-chat.

There are no major issues flagged online with Full Deck. The worst I could find was some general griping about needing documentation for a withdrawal request, and one player posting furiously angry messages after having to wait 10 days for a withdrawal.

Instant Play Mobile Poker Though No Apps at Full Deck Poker

Full Deck Poker does not offer the IOs or Android apps of some other OnGame skins. You can reach the poker games via their instant play browser game on a number of devices including iPads and Tablets. However, this software is not suitable for smartphones. This does fit in with the appeal of this site for higher volume players looking to grind out cash back deals. There is a standard download for both Windows and Mac computers.

A Choice of Welcome Bonuses for Different Player Bankrolls

In a welcome move, Full Deck has made the bonuses for small stakes players very easy to clear, while at the same time giving bigger bankroll players the chance to take up to $3000 in bonus cash.

Here are the main bonus offers – the main difference is the number of player points needed to clear them:

$20 Bonus, code = FDPLOW, 100 player points for every $10 = 10 per $1. 40 days to clear.

$100 Bonus, code = FDPEAST, 225 player points for every $25 = 9 per $1. 45 days to clear.

$500 Bonus, code = FDPBIG, 800 player points for every $100 = 8 per $1. 50 days to clear.

$1000 Bonus, code = FDPLARGE, 2000 player points for every $250 = 8 per $1. 55 days to clear. 55 days to clear.

$2500 Bonus, code = FDPXXL, 10,000 points for every $1250 = 8 per $1 (Note, this is 2x $1250 bonuses in a row). 17 days to clear.

$3000 Bonus, code = FDPMAX, 24,000 player points to complete the $3k = 8 per $1. 17 days to clear.

Player points are earned via a contributed rake model, with a ‘no flop, no drop’ policy in action. The point calculation is complex here (including the ‘Essence’ formula). As a rule of thumb points are awarded for every 20c in the pot at small stakes and $1 in the pot at 25c / 50c+. You will get points in proportion to how much you put into each pot. 3.6 points per $1 in rake is a reasonable estimate for new players. This gives 36% for the $20 bonus and 45% for the biggest bonus amounts.

Bankroll Builder Tournaments

Players can play free-to-enter tournaments here, known as ‘banker freerolls’. These games will give you the chance to win real money with no risk. Many players have started this way and gone on to grind their prizes into real bankrolls.

Weekly Races

Full Deck Poker hosts weekly rake races which give away $5000 to their top players. You’ll need to register upfront each month to enter these contests. You’ll also need to make sure you do not play for more than 16 hours each day, as additional time at the tables does not get counted. What I like about these races is that they are in addition to your bonus clearing and cashback offers. Playing a few hours of Strobe (fast fold) Poker each day will really give your standings a boost here.

Cashback and other Loyalty Rewards at Full Deck Poker

The headline on the Full Deck homepage reads ‘Bonus + Cashback = Top Value’. Here you have the chance to earn up to 40% cash back (a different way of saying ‘rakeback’) each month. Even the lowest volume players start with 12%, which is bigger than most other OnGame skins - that start new players at 8%.

Here is the list of cashback levels:
  • Level 1 – No requirements – 12% Cashback
  • Level 2 – 1000 points / month – 15% Cashback
  • Level 3 – 3000 points / month – 18% Cashback
  • Level 4 – 6000 points / month – 20% Cashback
  • Level 5 – Monthly Average = 6000 Points – 33% (yearly level)
  • Level 6 – Monthly Average = 13,000 Points – 36.5% (yearly level)
  • Level 7 – Monthly Average = 20,000 Points = 40% (yearly level)

What I like about this system is that your returns take a jump for the whole month when you move up to the next level. You do not need to apply or register, you will be automatically moved up once you hit the point requirements.

You do not have to play for a whole year to achieve a yearly level, so as soon as your total points divided by 12 hits the required total you will attain that level and bigger cashback rewards.

You can also buy tournament tickets based on which level of the scheme you reach, as an alternative to the cash rewards.

How to Deposit and Withdraw from Full Deck Poker

There is a long list of payment options available. Since there are no US players, the restrictions found there do not apply. Visa, MasterCard and Electron cards are all accepted with both Credit Cards and Debit card versions allowed. You can also use a number of 3rd party eWallet solutions including Skrill, Neteller, Clickandbuy, Paysafecard and uKash. Topping off the list are regional favourites like WebMoney and SoFort. For larger deposits, I recommend you speak to support first and arrange for a bank-wire.

All of these options are available for withdrawals. Keep in mind that a document request is standard at online poker sites when you withdraw. You can also request a paper check.

How Good Are Full Deck Poker Support

I had a reply to within three hours, which is reasonably good for any online poker site. They were friendly and positive in tone, though the answer to my query on how the Essence system affects my point accumulation was naturally a little vague. You can contact support via e-mail, phone them, fax, or use the ‘Live Chat’ window from the lobby.

Summing It Up – Why Choose Full Deck Poker?

This site is clean, reputable and has no history of late payments or serious player issues. They have bonus and cash back options for both higher and lower stakes players, the top rate is 40% and the tiers moving up are very competitive.

As OnGame skins go, I rate Full Deck as a solid option who is operated by a reputable company.
